As the Strategic Legal Partner, you will provide essential legal expertise and strategic guidance to support the research, development, and pilot launch of our platform. Your role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks while structuring partnerships, non-unilateral contracts, and governance aligned with systemic unity and long-term impact.

Ensure the platform and its operations comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Draft and review simplistic contracts to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals.

Provide guidance on governance structures to ensure transparency, accountability, and adherence to principles of systemic unity.

Acknowledge and address legal risks associated with research, development, and pilot operations.

Support the protection and management of intellectual property created during Phase I.

Key Qualifications
Experience
JD or similar with active law license.
Corporate, contract, or compliance law.
Skills
Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, particularly within technology or real estate sectors.
Simplistic contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of governance frameworks and partnership structuring.
Can assess and manage legal risks.
