As a Pilot Community Facilitator, you will coordinate the rollout of our platform, ensuring smooth deployment, human engagement, and actionable feedback collection. Your efforts will be key in refining the platform for full-scale launch.
Key Focuses

Develop and manage the pilot schedule, aligning with development milestones.
Coordinate with teams and community to ensure readiness.
Define success metrics with the pilot community.

Facilitate onboarding process with pilot participants, ensuring the community understands selected roles.
Engage the community with regular communication and updates, as needed.

Observe progress, see usage, and enhance awareness during the pilot phase.
Serve as the direct relationship with pilot participants to acknowledge and satisfy needs.

Create human-centered feedback process with the community.
Observe patterns, key transitions, and opportunities for improvement.

Communicate feedback and findings to the team to inform platform adjustments.
Help prioritize features and improvements based on pilot findings.

Create reports summarizing pilot attempts and outcomes with recommendations for improvements.
Share lessons learned to guide future phases.
Key Qualifications
Experience
Relationship, project facilitation, program management, or pilot coordination.
Skills
Familiarity with pilot programs, usability testing techniques, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday).
Basic understanding of human-centered design and agile development processes.
Clear and concise written, verbal, and visual communication.
Solution-oriented.
Can work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
Adaptive to handle uncertainties and changes during the pilot process.
