As the Onboarding Specialist, you will provide essential support across operations to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless day-to-day functions. This role requires collaboration with teams to coordinate schedules, manage workflows, and assist in operational tasks throughout Phase I. Your efforts will support new team members and drive process improvements to enhance overall team efficiency and cohesion.

Key Focuses

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring each person has the resources and support needed to integrate smoothly.

  • Coordinate schedules and appointments to support team workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Observe and improve operational workflows to ensure efficient day-to-day functions across teams.

  • Act as a point of contact for new team members, providing guidance, answering questions, and assisting with the settling in process.

  • Observe and implement process enhancements to improve team alignment and efficiency.

  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support Phase I goals and project timelines.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align onboarding and operational processes with overall project objectives.

Key Qualifications

Experience

  • Administrative, operational support, or HR role.

Skills

  • Proficiency with scheduling and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, or Slack).

  • Efficient with organizing and time-managing.

  • Clear and concse verbal, written, and visual communication to support team interactions.
