As the Engagement and Outreach Specialist, you will drive community alignment and foster stakeholder participation in reform initiatives. Your role focuses on leading outreach efforts to build meaningful relationships, engage people, and ensure collaboration toward shared goals that support long-term systemic change.

Develop and implement outreach strategies to align community members and stakeholders with reform initiatives.

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community leaders to ensure active participation in reform efforts.

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing each person’s needs to foster trust and collaboration.

Plan and coordinate community events, forums, and workshops that bring together people to discuss, align on, and support reform goals.

Experience
