Design transformative education initiatives for holistic reform.
As the Adaptive Education Specialist, you will design and develop education reform initiatives aligned with our mission of holistic reform. This role focuses on creating adaptive and innovative education models that address diverse learning needs and advances systemic change. You will work closely with the Reform Allocation Fund to ensure resources are directed toward impactful, sustainable educational projects.
Key Focuses

Develop education reform initiatives that integrate adaptive, student and teacher centered approaches to learning.

Create learning themes and resources aligned with holistic education principles.

Work closely with educators, administrators, and community leaders to ensure initiatives are relevant and impactful.

Work closely with the Reform Allocation Fund team to allocate resources effectively for high-priority projects, as needed.

Design and implement creative evaluation tools that feel human to assess the effectiveness and scalability of education initiatives.

Incorporate innovative methods such as project-based learning, experiential and experimental education, and mental-physical-social-emotional-spiritual learning.

Co-lead emerging trends in education reform and integrate best practices to efficiently refine programs.
Key Qualifications
Experience
Educational program design, curriculum development, or reform initiatives and similar roles (e.g., coaching).
Skills
Deep knowledge of adaptive learning models and holistic education practices.
Can create new curricula design tools and evaluation frameworks.
Clear and concise verbal, written, and visual communication.
Intuitive.
Can creatively envision and implement innovative education strategies.
